The UKNeF Interoperability Charter for the Public Sector is aimed at service providers, public sector buying entities and large suppliers to the public sector. The intention is for signatories to agree to interoperate for any public sector electronic documents so that suppliers do not have to sign up to multiple networks.

It is our belief that any service provider offering e-invoicing or e-procurement services to the public sector should be a signatory.
